Dr. Russell Mann graduated from the University of Texas in Houston and has been in private practice for the past 25 years in Manchester, NH. He has 5 team members, works 3.5 days per week and takes 4 weeks off per year. In 2015 he left Delta Dental after creating a plan with Susan Leckowicz, has never been happier. He enjoys spending time, with his wife Kelly, children, grandchild, and the Whiskey brothers, his 3 toy poodles. He is an avid bass fisherman and maintains a very large salt water fish tank in his office.
Susan Leckowicz is the CEO of Dental Coaches, she has been in dentistry since the age of 14. She started assisting in her father's practice, practiced dental hygiene for over 20 years and for the past 12 years has been coaching dentists and teams to grow their bottom line, while working smarter and not harder. In her spare time she loves yoga, the outdoors especially the beach and fishing.
