Improving Marketing ROI

On this Facebook Live series converted into a podcast, Len sits down with David Wank to discuss improving your marketing ROI by understanding your ideal patient profile and Google Analytics Data.

Takeaways from this episode include:

1. Why it's critical to identify who your ideal NP is before you spend marketing dollars.

2. Evaluate your website to diagnose whether or not you have a traffic problem or a messaging problem.

3. Google Analytics data will help you identify where your best potential new patients come from, and will help you understand what marketing campaigns are working and which aren't.

4. You must own your own Google Analytics account.
